2. Booking and Payment

3. Pricing and Inclusions

• Prices include accommodation, meals, entertainment, and specified activities on board the cruise ship. Additional expenses such as shore excursions, gratuities, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
• AirfareCorp.com reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions and to change or update prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by cruise line and fare type. Specific details will be provided at the time of booking.
• Cancellation fees may apply and will be deducted from any refund due. In some cases, refunds may not be available for certain types of fares or promotions.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations.

• Passengers with contagious illnesses or who have been exposed to contagious illnesses may be denied boarding or required to disembark.

• Passengers acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, and AirfareCorp.com is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of the cruise services.

9. Force Majeure

• AirfareCorp.com is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, or government actions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which AirfareCorp.com is registered.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
